Rather than learning Scrum through lectures and isolated exercises, participants experience the framework through a series of simulated Sprints. Across the two-day course, each Sprint introduces new concepts, followed by team-based application, demonstration, inspection and coaching.

Participants who complete the course receive access to the internationally recognised Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance®.

The CSM certification requires completion of an approved 16-hour CSM course followed by the online CSM test. The test consists of 50 multiple-choice questions, with 37 correct answers required to pass.
