The course is two full days. We start at 8:30 a.m. and finish 4:30 p.m. on both days.
The maximum number of delegates is 25. It allows for focused learning and in-depth discussions.

Yes. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is recognized everywhere around the world, including the US, Europe, Australia, and Middle East.

Scrum Alliance requires for your membership to be renewed every two years. Renewal costs USD 100.
Yes, with more experience, you may become Advance Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
No. You will have 90 days to write the exam after the completion of the course. We will send extra reading, videos, and practice tests for you to get ready. People report that it takes between 8 to 20 extra hours for review.
Yes. You are welcome to make notes and use your study materials. You are not allowed to collaborate with anyone else during the exam.
Yes. One attempt for the exam is included in our price. Lunch, snacks, stationery, training manual, and Value Added Tax (VAT) are also included.
Yes. The price includes Value Added Tax. The price you see on the website is the price you will pay.
You can pay with EFT. After you click “BOOK” button and make your reservation, you will receive a quote/invoice.

You can cancel or rescheduled for free up to 10 days before the course. After that, an additional R1500 fee is applicable. The reason is simple – we have already paid for venue and catering for you.
