Pavel Dabrytski

Director | Agile Coach & Trainer

Pavel Dabrytski is the founder and Director of Think Agile. He helps organizations implement Agile sustainably through training and coaching. Over the past years, Pavel worked with major financial organizations, retail and telco giants, public sector enterprises, and small start-up companies, improving their organisational processes. He consults for companies in South Africa, the United States, and Europe. Pavel is a seasoned presenter who has spoken at events in Paris, Prague, Shanghai, Bangalore, Atlanta, New York, Orlando, New Jersey, Singapore, Washington DC, London, Vienna, and many more. Currently, he is thrilled to be building an outstanding team of Agile coaches and trainers at Think Agile.

Bevan Williams

Head of Agile Coaching | Agile Coach & Trainer

Bevan is Think Agile’s Head of Agile Coaching and an Agile coach & trainer based in Cape Town, South Africa. He has been an IT professional since 2009 and has previously worked as a Software Engineer, Scrum Master, Head of Mobile, and Delivery Manager.

Bevan is passionate about coaching, training, enabling, and leading people to do their best work, focussing on personal, career, and organizational growth. He has successfully created environments in which teams are self-managed and feel strong ownership for their domains. Bevan is an active member of the agile community and a charismatic presenter who has spoken at events across South Africa, the USA, Austria, and India. His topics focus on growth, autonomy, and using agile, neuroscience, and psychology to improve individual and team performance. He is working towards being one of the first persons of colour to become a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) residing in Africa.

Khwezi Mputa

Khwezi Mputa

Agile Coach & Trainer

Khwezi is an Agile coach that has worked as an IT professional since 2008, with solid experience in positions such as Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager and Business Analyst across multiple industries.  She is also an active member of the Agile community who has helped in initiatives focused at creating more diversity within the Agile industry.

Khwezi’s passion is teaching, and she thrives on making a difference and adding value.  Khwezi has a keen interest in coaching and mentoring people and organizations on their way to unleash their greatest potential.

Chris Garvey

Agile Coach

Chris is an Agile Coach based in Cape Town, South Africa. He has been an IT professional since 2004 with a wealth of experience from a breadth of roles he has played, including GIS Specialist, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Personal & Professional Coach, People Ops Lead, Scrum Master and Agile Coach. He is passionate about creating teams and environments where people can thrive, find purpose and connection, and deliver remarkable results. He has a particular interest in psychology, coaching, personal development, and high performance.

Nadine Heasman

Scrum Master

Nadine Heasman is a versatile and results-oriented team player with an energetic and articulate approach to software delivery. She has a strong drive to see project deliverables through to completion, whilst maintaining a focus on quality engineering, as well as risk and stakeholder management. She thrives working in a transparent, lean, customer-focused work culture. Operating effectively and efficiently is important to her and she enjoys identifying and implementing methods to save time, resources, and money.

She has more than 10 years International project experience in the Healthcare, Clinical, Government and Financial Service industries and she has a wealth of knowledge and experience in embedding quality into delivery.

She is passionate about high performance, collaboration, compassion, agility, equality, autonomy, quality assurance and shift left testing.

  • ISTQB/ ISEB Certified Tester Foundation Level( CTFL)
  • International Prestige Diploma in Multimedia Graphic and Web design.

Tarryn Silber 

Customer Success Manager

Tarryn is the Customer Success Manager at Think Agile. She worked in the recruitment industry for over 10 years and specialized in managing large teams. Her love for helping and motivating people was formed in those years of navigating solving people-related issues. Tarryn then moved into the management consulting space and developed and grew many large key clients by making sure they were given the best value, optimal solutions and long-term partnership as they moved into becoming Future fit. It was in that space that Tarryn’s exploration and love of Agility grew. Tarryn saw how powerful, positive and successful Agile can be, not only in the workplace but using the mindset and principles in life too. Tarryn joined the Think Agile team in Nov 2019 and brings with her a big personality, genuine care for clients and the passionate belief that Agile is a phenomenal way to work.

Marina Mulder

Financial Manager

Marina is a financial professional based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Over 7 years she has been in Consulting industry and has been planning and managing the Audit project work within Consulting Houses in Johannesburg and London, has been helping organizations in Agile transformation process and currently she is part of Think Agile team.

Her interest is to be adept at influencing people, facilitate and lead teams in the new way of working.

Robyn Joynt

Office Manager

Robyn is the Office Manager at Think Agile. Her experience in the production, printing, and publishing industries ensures she quickly gets to grips with new tasks or courses, lending valuable efficiency and calm organisation to our demanding schedules. As the “new kid on the block” Robyn quickly familiarised herself with our people and processes, displaying her Agility in adapting to change and challenges. Robyn’s friendly disposition, attention to detail, and ability to juggle keeps our office on track and on time.

Adventurous and athletic with a penchant for CrossFit and running, Robyn tackles every task with energy and enthusiasm. She can whip up creative designs or crunch the numbers if necessary. A fast learner with a flexible, easy-going can-do attitude, we’re sure that you’ll appreciate Robyn’s time management skills and professional presentations.
