Agile for non-IT
Enhance agility across your entire organisation
Since the Agile Manifesto was published in 2001, software teams around the world have embraced this new way of building products customers love. As this wave of thinking has been embraced across the globe, leaders have realised the value that this mindset has on their entire organisation, resulting in an increasing demand for applying this way of thinking outside of IT.
This course looks at this agile mindset and gives you practical tools to bring this into your current environment. From departments like Engineering, Marketing, Operations, or HR, across industries such asConstruction, Healthcare, Law, Education, Manufacturing, Sport and Entertainment, Media, Advertising, Fashion, Change Management, Organisational Design or Learning and Development - this course will prepare you for success in improving output and outcomes in your organisation.
