International certification with Scrum Alliance
The role of the product owner is often overlooked, and it is the main reason why Scrum teams struggle. I remember a colleague trainer mentioned that he does ten times more scrum master courses than product owner courses. There is simply not enough focus in the industry on doing Agile product management well.
But project success is twofold. If a Scrum team is like a car then the Product Owner is like a driver – you clearly need a well-performing vehicle and an experienced pilot. Without the product owner, your Agile teams will go nowhere fast.
This course looks at the other side of Scrum – product visioning, release and strategy planning, requirements gathering and customer experience design. The course can work as a refresher, or as a starter. People who have attended my classes twice admit that they had learnt something new on both occasions. And let’s not forget about getting certified – it can become an important milestone and a springboard for your career.
The course is two full days. We start at 8:30 a.m. and finish 4:30 p.m. on both days.
The maximum number of delegates is 25. It allows for focused learning and in-depth discussions.

Yes. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is recognized in many countries, including the US, Europe, Australia, and Middle East.
Yes. Our certification is done in association with Scrum Alliance.
Scrum Alliance requires for your membership to be renewed every two years. Renewal costs USD 100.
Yes, with more experience, you may become Advance Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO) and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
No. There is no exam for Certified Scrum Product Owner classes.
Yes. Certification is included in our price. Lunch, snacks, stationery, training manual, and Value Added Tax (VAT) are also included.

You can cancel or rescheduled for free up to 10 days before the course. After that, an additional R1500 fee is applicable. The reason is simple – we have already paid for venue and catering for you.
